ORAL PRESENTATIONS

Oral presentations are scheduled for Friday, 15 May 2026, from 14:30 to 17:00 within parallel session 2.3. Each presentation is 10 minutes in total, including discussion.
Please prepare your slides in PowerPoint format (16:9) and upload it until May 11,2026 on this platform:

We advise to bring your presentation as back up on a USB drive to the convention.

POSTER PRESENTATIONS

FORMAT

Please prepare your poster in DIN A0 (841 × 1189 mm), portrait format. Posters should be in English. Use a column layout for easier reading and ensure high contrast (e.g. black text on a white background).

STRUCTURE

Posters should include introduction, methods, results (with figures), and conclusion. Information should be clear, concise, and readable from a distance of 1–2 meters. Include a header with the title, authors, and affiliations, consistent with your abstract. Contact details can be added to the poster in case viewers would like more information or have questions.

PRINTING AND SETUP

Posters must be printed in advance, as on-site printing is not available. Please bring your poster on Thursday or Friday and put it up at the designated area by 10:00 a.m. Friday at the latest. Mounting materials will be provided; tape or glue must not be used.

Posters will remain on display throughout the congress. They should be removed on the last day after the final coffee break, no later than 18:00. Posters left behind will be discarded.

Here are some local printing options in case you would like to print your poster in Zurich. (Please note that this is your own responsibility; the congress does NOT organize printing, pickup, or putting up the poster on site.)

POSTER EXHIBITION

Presenters are encouraged to be present at their posters during breaks to interact with participants and answer questions. Information about a possible poster walk will be shared soon.

POSTER UPLOAD

Uploading your poster via your personal congress account is optional.

POSTER AWARD

All posters displayed on site will be considered for the poster award. Winners will be notified on Friday, 15 May 2026 17:00 onwards. The award ceremony will take place on Saturday, 15 May 2026 in the morning, and winners are expected to give a short presentation (2–5 minutes).
