Invitation Letter
Invitation letters for visa requests can be issued once a valid convention registration is completed and the participation fees are paid.
The issuance of an invitation letter is subject to a processing fee of CHF 40.00, payable in advance.
Once the invitation letter has been issued, cancellation of the convention participation is only possible upon presentation of the official visa application rejection letter.

How to Request an Invitation Letter:
- Register for the conference by clicking on the “Register Now” button.
- Complete the registration process and ensure that all fees are paid.
- Click on the “Invitation Letter Request” button and fill out the required details.
- After submitting your request, you will receive an email with instructions for handling the processing fee.
Once the payment has been completed, your invitation letter will be sent to the email address you provided. Please note that requests with incomplete registration or unpaid fees will not be processed. Processing takes approximately 1–2 weeks.
Please note: Once the invitation letter has been issued, cancellation of the congress participation is only possible upon presentation of the official visa application rejection letter.
