Deliveries will be coordinated by a security officer. The delivery schedule will be published here in due course and will also be sent by email.

Mandatory midday break (city regulation): 11:30–13:30. No deliveries can be accepted during this time.

Dismantling

Saturday, May 16, 2026 – dismantling after the last break from 16:30 to 22:00.
Dismantling must be completed by Saturday, May 16 at the latest by 22:00.

Exhibitors are required to keep their stands staffed and fully operational until the official end of the exhibition. Early dismantling is not permitted.

Delivery rules & entrance

  • Due to limited loading space, all deliveries must be pre-coordinated.
  • Vehicles may only remain in loading zones for the duration of unloading.
  • Delivery entrance: Delivery 2 & 3 (Beethovenstrasse)

Public parking is available in nearby public parking garages such as:

  • Park Hyatt (Beethovenstrasse 21)
  • Bleicherweg (Beethovenstrasse 35)

There are no truck parking spaces available on the premises of Kongresshaus Zürich. Parking options for trucks:

Stand Staff

Exhibitor passes / stand staff badges can be ordered via mail. We will then send you a registration form per company. Please note that for stands of 6m2 or more, two exhibitor statt badges are included. Any additional staff will be charged separately. Ordered, non-personalised badges can be collected on site.

Catering

  • Catering services are exclusively provided by Kongresshaus Zürich.
  • External catering is not permitted without prior approval.
  • Stand catering, coffee machines, beverages and food sampling must be ordered in advance.
  • Corkage fees apply for external food and beverages.
  • Alcohol service at stands must comply with Swiss regulations and venue policies.
  • Alcohol at the booths is permitted after 16:30.

Technical services / orders

  • For technical requirements, electricity, internet connections, cleaning, etc., please use the dedicated order form.
  • Order deadline: orders must be placed latest 20 working days before the start of the convention (deadline for all orders: April 15, 2026).

WiFi

  • If a shipment is deposited on site without being received by the organiser, handling and/or storage costs may be charged to the exhibitor.
  • The organiser does not assume responsibility for any costs arising from postal deliveries.
  • The sender is responsible for informing the forwarding agent accordingly. Failure to do so will result in refusal of the shipment.

Stand Cleaning, Waste Disposal & Returns

Stand cleaning

  • Stand cleaning can be ordered via the PDF order form.
  • External cleaning companies appointed by the exhibitor are not permitted.

Waste disposal

  • Please dispose of waste in the designated containers provided in the exhibition hall.
  • Containers will be available during build-up and dismantling.
  • Improperly disposed waste will be charged to exhibitors depending on additional work required.
  • For safety reasons, all aisles and areas outside booth spaces must remain free of waste and material at all times.

Return shipments

  • Packed return shipments, complete with the required documentation (including customs documents for international shipments), must be taken to the appropriate post office during dismantling.
  • Any materials left behind will be disposed of.
  • The Kongresshaus and the organisers assume no responsibility or liability for loss, damage, or delays.

Storage & Logistics

The storage of empty packaging outside the designated stand areas is not permitted.

Customs & clearance

The congress organiser is not responsible for customs clearance. Please contact your logistics partner for all customs-related matters.

Insurance

Mandatory for exhibitors and co-exhibitors: public liability insurance as well as insurance covering fire, explosion and natural hazards must be arranged by the exhibitor.

Minimum coverage: CHF 5 million.

The exhibitor bears all consequences resulting from failure to obtain the mandatory exhibition insurance. The exhibitor is also required to install appropriate safety devices on any exhibited and operational machinery or equipment. Furthermore, the exhibitor is liable for any personal injury or property damage arising from the construction, dismantling, or operation of the stand and its exhibits.
